I go to see Judy Settle every week for Jin Shin Do Acupressure.  I believe that over the time I have been seeing Judy, I have become more peaceful, relaxed and joyful.  I always feel wonderful when I leave - and often feel that time stands still while I am on her table.  In general, I go for wellness.  However, on the occasions where I have had a specific concern (my knees, for example), Judy's work on the areas I mention never fails to make a major positive impact.  I have tried many massage therapy/energy modalities in Virginia Beach, and I can without hesitation say that Judy is the best that I've found.
